Can I still place an order?
Yes, you can place orders from the webshop as usual until the 31st of August 2025, 23.59 CET. After the 31st of August, we will close down the webshop.

I have placed an order, what happens with it?
Don't worry! All orders placed until the closing of our webshop, the 31st of August, will be processed and shipped as usual. 

What applies for complaints and returns now that you are closing down?
You still have 14 days to return your order from the day you received it. If something is wrong with your item, you are welcome to submit a complaint. We handle complaints in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

What happens with my gift card?
Gift cards can be used as usual until the 31st of August 2025, then the webshop closes. After this date gift cards can unfortunately no longer be used.

Can I return my gift card and get my money back?
We are not able to exchange your gift cards for money. Your gift card can be used as usual up to our closing on the 31st of August. After this date our webshop will close down and your gift card can unfortunately no longer be redeemed.

How long is customer service open?
Our customer service is available until 30th of September 2025.
